That's very interesting background, but in the present case it is
Bruce that has raised the expectation amongst shareholders that
an announcement on the offtake agreements was imminent. He said
"1 or 2 before Christmas" on camera, then later talked about them coming "soon".
The ASX update said "early 2021". So holders are understandably primed
for an announcement, but nothing as yet. No update either in his last
interview a few days ago, as we could reasonably assume "early 2021"
to mean Jan, Feb March 2021. At the very least, VRX need to update
the market with a revised timeline for announcing the offtakes, or give
some indication why the delay. If its covid related, fine, but they should say
something.
