Bammers - great post. The identity of the "mystery" European investor in VRX has
already been discussed at length on these threads, so I don't think there's much
point in them trying to stay under the radar any longer. German based investment
fund Delphi, or Deutsche Balaton, have invested in PEC and DRX, as has been
announced on ASX (notably PEC in the last few months), and also a whole
bunch of other ASX mining stocks ( see post 52253904 )
They often acquire a 10%-20% holding, so it could well be the case that
they will want similar in VRX. As had been suggested before, we know
the European investor bought stock from our BOD at 30c, so they must
be highly confident the company will increase in value from here.
Diamond hands people, especially when the SP is below 30c !!!

Very pleasing to hear VRX is seeking offtakes agreements from Japan
and Korea. Prices paid for premium grade sand were the highest from
those countries, according to the recent IMARC report, and much larger
than assumed in our BFS. It looks to me that the potential earnings for VRX
could be significantly higher than in the BFS (e.g. higher than the forecast
annual EBIT of ~A$140m) if we secured a good offtake agreement with
    either Japan or Korea.

    All IMHO, DYOR
