VRX management structure

One of my other resources stocks is a gold miner of similar size
to VRX (market cap, Capex, forecast EBITDA), and this company (CAI) is
currently in the process of building their mine operations in WA to commence
production in early 2022. Their board (directors & ,management)
currently consists of 8 people. Since the VRX board has 3 people, but
proposes to start building mining operations on the same timescale,
I'm wondering when (and if) they plan to recruit more people to the VRX
board ? In fact, Bruce seems to be the only one of the three with any
experience at building a mine, Paul and Peter both have a finance background.

I would have thought they should be announcing such appointments right
now, given the timelines suggested by Bruce. Surely the guy doesn't propose
to build Arrowsmith N entirely on his own ? Can anyone recall if this issue
has been raised previously ?
