good discussion point. I've been a huge fan of Bruce in terms of getting us the tennements and mining licences stage. I've also not suggested that he goes. He is very skilled in silica sand. All I was suggesting was to put additional people on with specific skill sets to take us to the next level. Bruce has high value but not in the comms or "face" of VRX. Putting staff on is vital. Gotto have a wider skillset in the business. It's far too big a job for the odd consultants and the existing team. It is time to spend a few coins so that we move forward with gusto. Gotto have someone meeting with the major broking and investment advisory people so they get to do deep dives oin VRX. Then we will be cooking with gas. Brokers won't invest "real money" unless they do deep dives and that includes meeting the team and gaining confidence in delivery of strategies.
