I agree, they need to employ additional people to move the project forward now. Given VRX is now a $100m+ mc company, a three man band is a little on the lean side, and with Bruce as the only one with mining expertise. He should at least have a deputy. What happens if he needs to go into hospital with an ingrowing toenail ? The project gets put on ice ? It would just be reducing risk, to get some basic coverage of roles here.
