With things heating up in the Mid West, the time to appoint a Mine Manager and Logistics Manager would have been six months ago. These sort of positions are in high demand ATM, and finding skilled people is a lot harder today that it was last year. That said, it will be even harder next year, so VRX are better moving sooner rather than later.
