That would be my thinking too. They should have appointed a mine manager and
logistics manager before now to help move things along. VRX have just released
a market update to say they are already doing preliminary planning in several of
these key areas (i) engineering (ii) power (iii) port (iv) offtakes. They need to be
involving the new managers right from the start, but it appears Bruce is trying
to do all of this by himself. Don't get me wrong, I am very pleased to read this update
and see that planning toward mine construction is moving forward, but surely it ought to
be a priority to increase the number of folk with critical expertise ? Ironically, a timely ASX
announcement to say that VRX had recruited some capable managers might fire up the share price
more so than Bruce giving yet another talk to a mining conference or tin-pot broadcaster
where we are told yet again that silica sand is becoming an increasingly rare commodity.
