Lol. Maybe because VRX couldn't have predicted how horrendously slow the EPA process would end up being? If they were basing their timelines off of the guidance provided by the EPA themselves, and the EPA have failed to meet these self-assigned timelines (with objectives listed as taking 4 weeks ending up taking 5+ months and counting), then obviously they were never going to be able to achieve the dates they initially believed to be accurate.
How dumb are some of these retail investors, seriously...
