random thought..... given the terrible allocation ratio and its for existing holders. What if they've knee capped the SP so the board and bruce + family and friends can top up? further noting the quick time line for closuire and they've never been able to convert their options.....
it isn't redeeming as they'll be enriching themselves at our expense.... but to me it seems they'd be the only ones positioned to actually benefit from this in terms of actual amounts of shares....... that would graduate them from financially illiterate to sketchy.....not sure which is worse
