MLM consider a script Takeover offer of VRX whilst VRX's substantial Silica Sand Asset Portfolio has been driven down to Firesale Valuation prices... Does the VRX constitution allow for it?

MLM Executive Chairman - Theo Psaros, upon receiving DRX grossly underwhelming takeover offer from DRX, strategically engaged the firm "ADVISORY PARTNER" to provide MLM a substantive and comprehensive Independent Expert Report 'IER', that completely quashed & debunked DRX 'Swan' offer. It appears quite embarrassing if you were a DRX officeholder for which Theo clearly and patiently out trumped his DRX opponent to eventually advise his loyal shareholders, REJECT the offer.

VRX is currently valued at its 4 year lows despite being much further advanced in the WA EPA process than it was 4 years ago? The VRX shareholders that have lost patience with Bruce and the rest of the VRX board, (given the well documented history of rising and high Directors fee remuneration packages questionably commensurating alleged consistent, inadequate communication to shareholders and otherwise clear cut & widespread failed projections year after year that allegedly appear to have possibly resulted from a number of unnecessary, incomplete, inadequate or inefficient, administrative processing with the WA EPA, resulting in requiring multiple fund raising dilution of shareholders ownership. There would be the prospect of the MLM team (purportedly known to have reduced their own personal Directors fees during the EPA process), replacing the incumbent VRX board to then deliver to the international market a substantial silica sand asset portfolio Australia wide.
