If you check the updated epa set of guidelines, I’ve posted them before.
can’t see how the board, bashing owe ears in about how close it is, if the original timeline is still one to go off.
mangement can’t do siht now about the epa is all a waiting game.
the construction time frame will have nothing to do with management, spend the money, throw money at it and the construction will only be as good as the engineering design and construction team. very simple
