this is exactly what l was thinking the issue is. nothing happens quickly when youre relying on third parties. and even worse when the third party ie the test lab is in another hemisphere. and sure as hell nothing happens quickly in a backward country like argentina. l have travelled a lot and the levels of service and depth of industrial and mining infrastructure are nowhere near as good as they are in australia in third world countries. and just to give you an idea about how good australia is - australia is ranked number ten in the world in terms of GDP per capita. we are spoilt rotten here
