Here is a quick look at it Bonehead,have marked the overhead resistances in purple.
Seem to have support from the start of last upmove in middle of Feb,which was then sold into on each of those purple lines
Cannot see any ultra hi down bars which signal the start of accumulation just a lot of churning.
Then alot of trapped holders seem to selling every time it hits the .21c line.
What it needs to see is lots of strength behind you"ultra hi volume on bottom".
Then into uptrend "saucer bottom".
Volume low =No sellers on down bars.
Then into higher lows on down bars.
Great charts by the way BH ,just my view but thats what I would look for before entering
