    IWL have been calling VSL a buy since the 12th of October 2001 when the share price was soemwhere between $2.20 and $2.40
    i fully agree with thisi comment from the report,"we believe the stock offers substantial upside should the company achieve the forecasted gains" i would highlight the should as there has been alot of should over the last 3 years with VSL but no result at present
