Its obvious he does'nt know what he is talking about. The grant offered would not be paid until the manufacturing process has been ' proven up ' and to get to that stage needs a completed production line. LIT are talking $100,000 as the cost so I envisage that they would need two thirds funding to get to that stage. You can say the $30k is a financial reward, certainly not funding
