One is only guilty of insider trading if one uses illegally gained information for monetary purposes.
I have never asked a question that couldn't be answered. At the same time, to whomever, whatever I ask, they are not obliged to answer if in doing so breaks the rules, and it is why I post what I do with a clear conscious....
