Dave simply confirming IN A BASIC STATEMENT that this was a GIVEN as soon as those Ice 1 results de-risked the HRZ play imo.
Again if one cant see this already then one shouldn't be invested in 88E, or at the very least be prepared to take the risk/leverage on board !!!
Its just that he has a rather unique way of being able to (under?)state the obvious with MAXIMUM effect
