    The directors have a fiduciary duty to make announcements once they have all the information.

    From receiving all the relevant information to writing it to vetting it takes time so its not like they are sitting on an announcement and waiting for a green day to release. There is a lot happening behind the scenes, could be they are combining assays from a number of wholes to tell a better story.
