I don't give a f* about directors after all the shonky bastards i've seen over the years mate. It's their responsibility to look after the shareholders and create wealth for them as they are not a private company but a public one. Shareholders have the right to hold them accountable for when the stock price dives and are not made aware of possible CRs at the time. Instos and brokers think they have more rights when it comes to trading, that's bullshit to me.
