The fact that the government is taking "expressions of interest" is brilliant news, something like that for VRB's a couple of years ago would have been just a pipe dream.
They are obviously opening their minds to the inevitable turn around to renewables, it's basically something that has to happen in many ways, shapes and forms globally.
If a couple of these EOI's go to tender and operate successfully (which theoretically and in actuality they will) then the floodgates will open.
Seems to be excellent timing by all accounts !!!
