Worst case scenario is TLS force VTG to near bankruptcy and takeover (when VTG has already closed their nonperforming stores and is left with the good ones). Near worst case is TLS squeezes margins out of VTG as much as possible. Very hard to put a valuation on this business as it is totally at the mercy of TLS.
This is what happening to Imagination Technologies when Apple cut the deal.
