Telstra are looking externally to solve their problems instead of looking within. Telstra should be reducing their own operating costs first before totally destroying shareholder value in VTG. Shameful really. They should look at what WOW did in regards to cost out and margin reduction to rebuild their business. Not sure this is possible though with the current management team. This looks like policy on the run.........with no thought of the longer term implications to their own business.
