    Wing it . I am not sure what the limitations are but I imagine they would have had a decent position , and this week the stock fell below 300m market cap so no doubt they are preventing from buying more .

    I like Roger and his style of investing but this year would be one he would want to forget . Some of his favourites stocks have been creamed
    ISD , OFX , VTG to name a few
