Have just recieved the annual report. What a sham. Shearan and Belmonte want to renumerate themselves for not getting one commercial contract in 4 years and spending 20m in junkets travelling around the world.They not only want a bonus for doing this,but they want 200% on there base salary!Don`t ask what there salaries are, it would make you cry.To make sure that they get it passed, they are giving all the directors a bonus.But don`t worry there`s more!If they get sacked, or given a lessor role in the company, they are entitled to the full bonus for the next 5 years. So at the next a g m they get a bonus for not getting a profitable contract + you can`t sack them for the next 5 years.That`s clever.
