I love the way they describe issues of shares too. Shares were issued to satisfy increasing investor demand for the company's shares.
I got a good one, let them purchase them on-market. I wonder if they will be giving money back to investors when demand decreases again.
Lack of success seems to be getting to the directors, so they want to make sure they still get their rewards. Pretty hard for the everyday investor to gather up confidence in this lot.
