Never expected VTI to drop to the 2.7 cents level.
Anyways, the chart's looking a bit better now, and we're holding pretty firm around the 50% retracement level.
Strong resistance at 3.4 cents, along with about 77 million shares that were traded around and above that level about a month ago. I expect quite a few will be willing to cash in and get their money back. All this equates to some heavy lifting required to get things going again.
An announcement wouldn't go astray right about now.
