Yes - one would have to be concerned at the loss the past year. Not to mention the millions of dollars of shareholder welath burnt up.
Most concerning would have the be the next 10 million options due to expire in Feb next at an exercise price of 20 cents. These would have to dilute shareholder wealth further.
The results are abysmal. They could have done better if they did the work for free and stopped paying huge consultancy and salary costs to chase work.
What a basket case.
