30k fine + 100k cost = 130k (just to be exact)

TIN fined 30k for what it's done (out of max fine 250k)
then VTI can clean it for say 10 million
EPA would like to have it done for free but TIN rather pay max amount and VTI rather get proper ammount for clean up (isn't it a very possible scennario/business decision, ha ha)
that's why judge was saying VTI is profit oriented but at the same time was wondering why EPA is sueing for minor offence instead for major/controlled/premeditated ...
lots of friction/playing but we don't know everything...just use your brain guys and my English as a fifth language ha ha and of course my spelling is better then nq and duties without even checking it ha ha
