VTI have encouraged us to believe for more than 3 years that they had a good chance of getting:

Having failed to secure any sizable contracts they've chosen to spin off into other areas such as sewage etc, etc blowing millions of dollars in the process.
On the other hand you have IMH, who are on the verge of a $50,000,000 in China, along with the opportunity of breaking into huge STP work. And you say your "not interested" ?? What was your motivation for buying into VTI then ??
IMH have less than half the shares on issue VTI have, little debt, and $24 million in assets (VTI $16 mill). And on the verge of breaking into Japan, USA and Australia and New Zealand !
Minimum royalty payments are in place from sub licencees !
