Sure, ultimately.
Even Brett Hazeldon touched on this in the first Samso interview. He had the opinion that a clay hosted rare earth deposit should have a grade of 1000ppm with no more than about 10 meters of overburden to be viable. Anyway. that's what I remember. I could be way off the mark.
