No I am not confused. NdPr they will be the most sort after of the lights but I believe the company has stated overall the heavies are more valuable.
You are only focusing on 2 lights as opposed to both groups total value. Again go over the companies announcements and I believe you will find they have stated heavies as more valuable.
The company may also be able to improve on 60% recovery as well. I think they would be targeting 70%.
