Prof. Schmulow was certainly a worthy candidate.
in the end it matters not which party takes on the job to fix ASIC so long as they get it done properly.
the Senate committee report could yet be a catalyst to get things moving.
if Schmulow was then prime mover, a bipartisan approach could ease the way.
