I would argue that low liquidity leads is high scarcity, and therefore drives a higher price.
The OAs can command a premium with their long expiry, and I think the only time you might get a bad deal is if you were to sell them on a price dump of the heads, whereby there's low liquidity to take up those trying for a quick exit.
However, if you're selling in stable or raising conditions then I think you'll find fair value at the very least, and likely a little premium for those looking for the long term leverage that they bring over the heads. That leverage is still present even with heads at $1
