Perhaps have a look at SXG, market cap around 750M, share price $3.45 and they are just an explorer. Whilst they have excellent drilling results, the chances of them producing actual gold this FY or the next is zero. VTX will be classified as a gold producer in a matter of weeks. If things to go plan, a six fold increase is not out of the question. FOMO, I posted regarding Poseidon on another thread. The technical analysis saying "try to pick bottom, get dirty finger" equally applies to the inverse - selling too early and missing all the upside....
