AGM is Monday week. What type of news are you expecting?

I'd suggest that they may keep beta testing progress quiet until after the acquisition is finalised.

I would expect there to be more details related to the acqusition of NGN. The prospectus is due for release on the date of the AGM. The dates for the prospectus may have changed as I don't recall news related to the shareholder meeting which was scheduled to occur the date the prospectus to acquire NGN closed.

At the AGM there is a vote on James Robinson who will be stood down once the acquisition is finalised.

After the AGM there is meant to be another share holder meeting. The prospectus close date occurs the date of the shareholder meeting. Shares also go into suspension after this date.

I guess news expecting would be the date of the shareholder meeting? Details on the prospectus?
