I can't see it running until the acquisition is complete. I'd expect some update related to beta testing but the relevance of this to VTX is all dependant on NGN being acquired. If we don't acquire NGN what does VTX actually have?

Holders will need to vote. Shares are then suspended. Deal is to be complete by 31st December. Shares relisted once all acquisition conditions have been met before the New Year.
Only movement now will be FOMO.
