    Could be the well-tried technique of knocking the price down then buying up at the cheaper s.p. I wonder if Frydenberg's choice of a 'banking lawyer' to head ASIC, will make any difference to policing the activities of the market 'hoods'? They've got 'open slather' at the moment.
