Look at those caverns .. and possible water contamination, and remembering Blina wasn't eroded, I have a sneaky suspicion that EMR's acreage to the west of SB might be even more cavernous, and possibly more waterlogged?
Hopefully there won't be any water, or the water will be oil then EMR's acreage will HOT!! If water is a problem then I'd be looking further towards Blina.
