I agree that they have Announ. and PR down to a fine art, but that is to no detriment of their credibility as you state. Anyone considering an offtake will be given more info than we have after a confidentiality agreement. I see these pre offtake agreements indirect evidence the pilot plant is delivering the goods.
As far as MC goes, you state they haven't even drilled a hole yet. I never imagined MC would be this high at this stage in the life of VUL....but it is. With no expertise my opinion is VUL is fairly valued ATM @AUD1B and that includes these latest offtake agreements. I put it down to the ESG factor and VUL know how to talk the talk. But more importantly they are walking the walk. I am yet to see them slip on their timelines on anything they have presented to the market on their road to production.
The next item on the agenda for me is to see announcements on the brownfield bolt on demonstration plant. When that delivers positive results I see that as the next big re rating. Cheers
