I believe the share price will continue its decline a little longer. Troughs usually form around the 35-40 RSI levels, and the peaks usually form around the 65-70 RSI levels. These numbers don't matter much but what matters is finding the pattern the stock follows, and for VUL, that seems to be those values. I would also like to say that I successfully traded VUL with the RSI values above.
