    Check your facts .... IRESS has wrong number of shares recorded. IRESS says there are only 20m VUL shares on issue when in reality they have in excess of 115m shares giving it a mkt cap of $125m compared to SMM at $196m. SMM owns a lot more than the 50% holding in Vulhulla.
