Plant is expensive but if they can process in 10 minutes. Throughput will be huge. Also VUL is an energy business through the Hydrothermal. I have a target selling price of USD12,000 in my head can,t remember why.
In the 70's the EU wanted to stimulate dairy production. So they guaranteed prices and took any excess. There were butter mountains, cheese mountains and wine lakes.
i believe the EU will further do the same for Battery and other critical raw materials. Surety of prices is the key to stimulating the demand needed.
if i was VUL . When meeting with the EUROPEAN VP's. I would ask for that plus grants (free money) to launch at very high volume.
