Francis is very passionate about Vulcan and growing the company while keeping investors happy. He is very intelligent and has built a solid team... if anyone knows what they're doing it's him. He is also firm on beginning production in 2023 and has stated this since mid 2019. We will also see results from upcoming testing soon in the future. The PFS is being completed soon and in my opinion will also kick up the stock price even more. Honestly this is the most promising and solidly built "penny stock" I have come across.
