I agree with your concerns and as someone said PFS will clear this up.
But just think about this as common sense analysis, Vulcan's announced the appointment of jochen rudat as sales and marketing executive. Just think about it further from vulcan point. unless you have something or believe you gonna have something close to100% for sale or marketing, would you make an such a appointment as expensive high calibre sales and marketing position ?? This is just purely a logic from my end and but if you have doubts, wait till PFS as its not far away.
