I don't think its manipulation, I reckon its the day dreamers being disappointed about the EU announcement last night.
I personally think what was announce is good for the company..
But some people maybe have expected VUL to be named in the EU parliament discussions
Hope the chart will help calm some down, this applies to most but not all.DYOR
