It's bouncing around because that's the nature of this stock! Its speculative - there is no revenue as yet.
If you notice, when it makes a new high, it generally then falls to around the 61.8% Fib line before finding support - in this case that's c$10.97.
However, it has broken below this level now (as I write, it went to $10.95 as the low), so in my opinion, it is likely heading back to around $9.50.
Assuming it finds support there, I will be buying back in.
Just my opinion.
