Dear Sir or Madam,
in response to your application dated May 20, 2020, with supplement dated 07/28/2020, updatedated 22.01.2021 and 25.01.2021 and supplements dated 10.02.2021, the following is hereby issued
Notice
A. Decision
1. the main operating plan of Deutsche Erdwärme GmbH, Marktplatz 3, 82031Grünwald for "Preparation of the drilling site at the Graben-Neudorf location and execution of the drilling work for the geothermal doublet Graben-Neudorf".is approved.
2. This approval is limited until 31.07.2023.
3.The approval is granted in accordance with the application documents listed in section B. and the ancillary provisions listed in section C.
4. Deutsche rdwärme GmbH shall bear the costs of the proceedings.
5. The fee shall be fixed by separate notice.
