I doubt it.
You'd have to bring together a whole lot of (ex)shareholders that lost money.
These would be people that mainly bought during August to Oktober and I would think not LTH's
Speculative buyers or buyers in general that buy a speculative stock won't resort to legal action in case of a loss.
LTH's would be in it a lot longer at a lower average price and don't care too much about the current SP (except that it may look bad in the portfolio)
