This update spells out why Vulcan purchased a drilling rig and intend to build out their own drilling expertise in the form of a registered subsidiary. There are former statements by Vulcan, substantiating this.

I mean really, either you believe the company is continuing to extend their develop-by-announcement stratagem of conning the market, as part of their wider Enron inspired plan to continually pump up the share price, or, perhaps more likely, they may have figured out the technical chops around the DLE matryoshka and are iteratively, predictably, and dare I say it inevitably moving forward and improving on their very clearly defined goals?

They are moving very confidently one must say!
