According to Werner Müller aka Lithium2021, if VUL deposits 200 million, yes, then they could drill. This claim is ridiculous! It shows what the mindset of these citizen activists is. They only care about the money here! Swabians are raisin pickers.
One should also ask why no citizens had revolted when the first drillings were carried out. It actually says everything about how these people think and function.
